Hoping somebody can help with this... The last week or so, I've had some hip pain immediately after runs, especially long runs. A few minutes after I stop running, if I sit down for a minute and go to get up, I feel a sharp pain in the front/inside of my hip. And the pain shoots down towards my knee and sometimes back towards my tailbone. And then an hour later, it's gone. I'm just concerned since the pain is worse after each run lately. Stretching my glutes seems to help a bit, but only for a minute. Anybody experience something similar or have advice? Thhhhanks!
