Freshman year of high school i broke my hip in a biking accident. i continued to run for 2-3 weeks because i thought i could push through. stupid I know. anyways i missed my first year of xc and had a terrible year of track because i was just getting back into the swing of things. my sophomore year ( last year) I ran my first semi full season of cross country besides missing a while because i got mono. i was able to run a 17:13 5k and a 13:36 4k. i think i can run faster. later in track i ran a 2:06 800. again i think i can run faster because i missed a bit of track with some hip flexor issues. my summer training has been going well. realistically what should i be able to run in cross this year. thanks guys
