I am just wondering what everybody's take is on using the exercise during the base phase to help build some endurance. I've heard of some high school teams using it and it works really well for them. I do know know what I should put the resistance on. Do I want to put it at 1 and go super fast or put it at 5 and go decent. What do you suggest is the best resistance and speed to go at to help my base.
BTW I am in high school
