Hi Guys,
For two years now I have dealt with a chronic issue in my right leg. Pain is centered around the soleus/tibialis posterior. I believe that it is a stability issue stemming from the foot, but it could be due to tight muscles and poor biomechanics. I have worked to address these, and constantly strech/theracane/foam/softball roll my muscles all over. This issue has kept me at about 20-25 miles a week for the last year. The year before that, I was doing 40-50+ feeling great weekly.
In my research I learned about Morton's toe. I have this on my feet. From my reading, I have tried a morton's toe pad for relief:

It has helped some, but it could be a placebo effect. I'm also concerned it could be in fact causing more harm then good.
Does anyone else have any experience related to this?
PLEASE HELP
