I've been doing a new workout since getting back in shape I thought I'd share with you guys. If I go out on a Friday night I try to keep the tabs from my cans and bottle caps and keep a mental note of any shots or mixed drinks. Then the next day I have to run the number of drinks I've had plus one mile... Drinks + 1 = miles run (last Sunday it was a 12 mile run). Its kind of a funny thing, but I feel like I feel less guilty about going out knowing I'm going to pay for it the next day....Now all I have to do is combine it with a buffalo chicken diet, write an ebook and market it to the RunnersWorld Crowd
