A usual day:
1st run
Breakfast:
either life cereal with almond milk or oatmeal with cinnamon, banana, and sunflower kernels
1/2 grapefruit
sometimes a fried egg or egg white omelet with vggies if theres time
Coffee
Lunch:
PB+J on wheat, an apple or two, maybe a chocolate chip cookie
2nd lunch:
Turkey or chicken in whole wheat wrap with spinach and some other veggies
Banana or granola bar for a snack
2nd run
Dinner:
some lean meat (turkey or chicken), either some pasta or rice, steamed or grilled veggies. either cereal and milk r ice cream (on occasion) for dessert.
