Mostly speculation at this point but Hermans mentioned a fast fall Marathon, a break dnd Prefontaine next year. So here we go:
2014: Berlin (Hermans has excellent contacts to Berlin crew, can pretty much guarantee superb pacers and weak field)
2015: Prefontaine 10k
2015: NYCM (need a real championship race)
2016: Rio Marathon

If he sets the WR at Berlin maybe NYCM. If not, he'll probably go for that again on a course where it's actually possible, I'd imagine.

Except he gets screwed over again by the Ethiopian federation for winning NYC because three Ethiopians ran a faster time in Dubai two months later.
I agree about Berlin, and think he will NEVER run NY.
If I was in his position I'd run at Berlin every autumn.
