I've been a consistent smoker of marijuana for the last 6 years or so, starting when I was 19 years old in college. After graduating and getting a job, having a steady income, I've bought about half an ounce a week essentially every week. That runs me $180-$200 a week in pot. But I've recently come to the realization that I no longer enjoy smoking, and I just do it to pass time or what not. So I'm quitting cold turkey. I finished my last bit of weed two nights ago, and will not re-up. So without smoking anymore, I'm gonna have an extra $700+ a month. What should I do with this money? I'm thinking about saving it up for a year or two and taking a great vacation. I already have some investments but I suppose I can also make more. I don't know. Anyone have any thoughts?
