Hi everyone - I'm sorry for the not-so interesting post, but I'm in need of an Adidas racer for the marathon and my current Adidas aren't cutting it. I ran a half in them and they're just not cushioned enough, I think. I'm going to lose my first toe-nail after funning for 15 years ... so yeah. They are the Adizero Feather 2.
I have good form and decent footstrike. I'm a little heavy right now, too. These are givens, so we can avoid the "You're too fat, stop heel striking, wear Vibrams" line of reasoning. Also, Adidas suggestions only please.
If you suggest that I just stick with trainers, I'd like to find something like the Nike Pegasus - neutral and pretty cushioned.
I raced in Nike LunarRacers a few times without any difficulty, and I'm trying to find the Adidas equivalent in lightweight trainers or flats.
Any Adidas freaks want to lend a hand?
Again, sorry for the crappy post, but if you love Adidas, this is your time to shine!
