Question for any sprinters. Started sprinting after 8 years away from track (used to run middle distance) 8 weeks in getting quicker every week or so it feels.. Seems like every hard session eg. 98% runs with full recovery I reach a point of no return with what I think is lactic. Get the dizziness nausea head ringing that will not go and may miss a set at the end. few others in the group also get it from time to time may throw up at end of session but not as bad as me (literally collapsed at the end for 10 mins trying to hold sick in) do you eventually adapt or isit something you have to learn to deal with
