I could be wrong, but I believe the University of Michigan MAY have done this back in the late 90s with Sullivan, Mortimer, Don McLaughlin, and Jay Cantin. Never did it in the 4xMile outdoors at Penn though.

Two are American actually, Erassa has been a citizen since HS or before. Farrell is from Great Britain and if you go back and look at his progression since he got there, the fact that he's "foreign" is of little consequence.

OSU's Botezan rabbited through 800m @ 1:59. Farrell did the rest of the work until 150m to go when Casey passed him. The rest of the field didn't change position much though erassa moved up to challenge Farrell for second. Campbell of Arkansas was with Farrell and Casey until the last lap and faded just a bit at the end. He will break 4 soon.
