From personal experience, a pound a week is about the max that is possible without feeling like you're totally starving yourself.
Note, everything after this is generally accurate, but obviously not scientific:
To burn a pound per week you need a deficit of approximately 500 calories per day. Use an online calculator to get an estimate of base number of calories burned when sedentary, then base number of calories burned in a day based off that and amount burned through exercise. Try to consume 500 calories less than that number. Obviously, you can only estimate the number of calories in each food item, but you can find general numbers on packaging and online.
