I would like to see the kick he displayed in the London OG!
the 12:48 dude from Kenya is gonna win this one. Thomas Longo whatever...
Always bet on Kemboi.
How did 4 u.s. guys get in a race at Rieti.
The whole meet look sub par this year...
Where are all the beasts?
Clearly, the only way properly to predict this is to first determine his best time at altitude and then do the proper conversion.

I thought that Jager was going to run another 3k this season, since Jerry wouldn't let him run a 5000m, but he's not listed for Rieti. He should have been in the 5 at Zurich. His season is over then?
Yeah he's done.
Didn't letsrun headline that Jager was shutting down for the season? All the big meets are gone, he is better off immediately training for next year.

he is class flat runner in the field & gone 12'49.04 this year
a prelim line of fit for him is
51.9 / 1'49.0 ->
3'33.22
4'49.69
7'25.93
12'47.18
if he gets a good race, he really shoud go well below 7'30
sadly, i don't think anyone in the field has <7'25 potential which is what everyone woud like to see...

Ummmm.....
Ever heard of German Fernandez?
Agree with Ventolin. Longosiwa will win in 7:27 +/- 2 sec assuming proper pacing.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
