India and Russia's numbers have gone up since last fall, while China and Brazil's have notably fallen. The U.S.A. remains a top 3 presence with 10 suspended athletes. Kenya is a notable increase, going from zero athletes last fall to 4 now. Significant athletics countries with zero suspensions on this list include Canada, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Japan.
