4:43 for mile 5 as they came down off the overpass. Men's pace a bit quicker that one.

Big women's pack desi goes to front 10 minutes in but huge huge pack.

I'm glad desi is going to the front. Her strength is the ability to run her own race, I'd hate to see her get caught in too slow of a pace. She just needs to go out and run 2:24. Don't turn pretenders into contenders!

Mile 5 was 4:43. Still same 7 guys and the pack they are 38 secs ahead of the rest.

Desi leading women, 12:00 at 2 miles. Dang I could hang at that pace! This is a great setup for the 10,000m runners in the race.
