Three weeks to go before my first marathon attempt since 2003. As I noted earlier, I have been doing low mileage with a lot of days off. I went back over my log, and tallied up weekly mileage and total running days each week. It's a little disconcerting to see just how low the mileage has been, but I am still looking to run 3:30:00.
