Within running distance of soft trails. Flats and hills are all around. Some cool local races.
Cons: you'll see a lot of people running, but no huge running community for a city of it's size. Also, the heat -- but there's everywhere during Texas summers.
Are you looking to run on a team? That's probably a bigger factor in choosing a college (rather than the town it's in).
