hey it's getting dark and my running shoes are wet. Should I blow dry them?
Stuff them with newspaper or those brown paper towels, and leave them on a heating vent. If that doesn't dry them to your satisfaction, you can blow dry them some in the morning. It's worked for me after running through ankle-deep puddles of slush in the winter.
Put them in front of a fan overnight, being sure to face the opening of the shoes toward the fan. They'll be dry in a few hours.
