well a sub 2 hour marathon is about 4:32 pace, so just try to hold that as long as possible. if you can't do 1 mile, just start smaller, about 34 seconds for a 200.
everyday try to go further at that pace, eg. if the first day you ran 68 seconds for 1 lap on the track, the next day try to hold that pce for a little more, etc. Eventually you will reach your goal if you keep at it.

I also recommend some light weight training to get your legs strong. One day you might get so powerful, you could sprint an entire marathon. Don't do too much though, you don't wanna bulk up. The extra weight might slow you down.

OK, here's how:
Step 1. Learn how to spell marathon.....
The rest should be easy for you.
Start jogging 1 mile a day. When that feels fine, jog 2 a day. Continue until you can jog 26 a day. Then run them faster and faster until you pop a 1:59.
