Would it be good or bad to end every training session every day with a 60s or faster 400m?

Let's say I'm a 1:58 800m runner. Would I get any benefits from that?

um bad idea. i think better would be 6-8 100s with a nice 4-5 step jog start and hit the first one in 18 seconds, and work down so the last one is 14.

what time could you run for a 400m? right now, not your lifetime best.
