It's implied.
Daryl Strawberry had a penis and vagina . now he is in jail.
"B. Current IAAF Policy
In 1992, the Medical Committee recommended and the Council adopted the
current policy on gender verification, which states:
1. The general “health check” is strongly recommended, but no longer
required.
2. Visual examination of the genitalia during the delivery of a urine
specimen in the women’s doping control station is a sufficient method
of determining whether the athlete is male or female. The risk of a male
being discovered during the doping control procedure is sufficient
deterrent to prevent males from attempting to compete as females.
3. The Medical Delegate at international competitions has the authority to
initiate additional examinations if there is a question or ambiguity
concerning an athlete’s gender."
Did something happen in the past week that I missed. I saw Daryl a little over a week ago and he was fine. Or perhaps you are just an asshole?

Didn't they make a few rather significant changes since 1992?

Now that is kind of a cool job. I want to be a 'visual geitalia examiner'. Does anybody know what education is required for this position? I do know the differences between the male and female 'parts', is anything else required. And I just want to be examining the womens side (especially the high jumpers).
Well, whatever changes were made. There's still no written rule that says a female competitor must be 100% female. It being implied is not good enough. It's interesting that - there are so many people writing about this supposed rule when it doesn't actually exist

If true what I can see happening is Caster being allowed to keep the gold medal but the IAAF instituting a rule that runners need to be a certain per cent male or female to compete. That way Caster keeps some pride and the legitimate WRs are protected.

So naive.

Don't really think it can be measured like that.

Did you read the rest of that sentence? They were talking about a visual examination of a women urinating. I mean if that's what turns you on then go for it, but make sure you read the full job description before applying.
ps. See you at The Cup this year?
