How much do they go for? Are they cheap?

Simon Munyutu, James Theuri and some other guy. Wanna guess where they live? (hint, not Paris). Or if they can speak a word of the French language? ("bonjour" doesn't count).
Vive la free trade and la free market.
France needs to fire their scouts. They finished in 2:17 and 2:20.
Ever heard of Bernard Lagat?
just a side note simon monyute's wife is martha komu who ran 2:25 last year and she will run tommorrows marathon, representing kenya.
437 Samir Baala FRA
452 Driss El Himer FRA
472 Loïc Letellier FRA
475 Simon Munyutu FRA
481 James Kibocha Theuri FRA
that's from the iaaf site startlists.
Looks like two kenyans, not three. of course, there's a Baala in there and that name is Algerian I think.
So, who wins? The Silvas of Portugal or the Baalas of France?
Baala is actually Algergian

Only one true Frenchman in the entire group (472 Loic Letellier).

Do you have a point? Or would you prefer us to judge your ignorance based on this single post?
did you see the finalists for the US in the mens 1500? a mexican, sudanese and kenan.
idiot, open your eyes.
I'd much rather see 5 Kenyan expats running the marathon for the US today instead of the 5 scrub white boys we sent.

Samir Baala is the older brother of Medhi Baala. He is born in France. they are of moroccan origins.

Munyutu, Theuri, and El Himer (was moroccan) have became french by coming to the "Legion Etrangère" which is a unit in the french army.
Munyutu and Theuri live a large part of the year in Clermont-Ferrand, a city in the center of France. They speak french (better than most of the french speak english, me included).
They are cool guys but many french runners are bored because french coaches prefer to "buy" these kenyans or moroccans than detecting talented french kids and training them for years.
Not better than Baraïn or Qatar...
The French have she same problem as the English do: soccer.
I believe that like his brother Mehdi, Samir was born, raised and lived all his life in France.
That would make him more french than anything else.
To guess someone's nationality according to their last name is rather naive nowadays.

All Americans right? Lived in America, trained in America, speak English. What's your point?
Hopefully you aren't trying to compare Meb with foreign runners that are nothing but hired guns. You know how silly that sounds?

Mark is the only real American on the list.
