Would someone running higher mileage in HS be able to fit in with the program? I am a girl who runs about 60-70 mpw... is this around how much (and more) the Colorado women run? So it would be easier adjusting to the high mileage? Thanks.

Yes. Higher mileage at a high intensity. Earlier on there several years back I was around 50-60 mpw as a freshman and sophomore (but wasn't varsity). While running varsity averaged around 65-75 (running once a day, we didn't split them up). Expect to work hard.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
