You're absolutely right. The UFC fighter has his training so ingrained in him that he will forget that the crotch and neck are the two most vulnerable parts of the body. He will not attempt any head butting, biting, ear pulling, hair pulling, or eye gouges because the fear of referees has burrowed itself deep into his subconscious. If fact, he will not even know how to begin a fight if he doesn't hear a bell. With bare knuckle fighting, he will look at his hands questioningly, like a curious puppy. What are these soft paw-like things at the ends of his arms where his gloves are supposed to be? Yes, you are absolutely right that defeating a UFC fighter outside of a cage in an impromptu, unregulated, SCARY showdown is as easy as defeating a child.
