Ok letsrun geniuses, here is the deal. Our campus has a fraternity/sorority Olympiad of sorts where all of the different greek organizations compete in a variety of events. For the 4x400 our fraternity has the following guys and what they ran their senior years of high school.
Runner A: 49.xx split, 1:56
Runner B: 52.xx split, 1:58
Runner C: 52.xx split, 1:59
Runner D: 52.xx split, 2:03
We are all sophomores and have two weeks to get into shape. All of us are active and play some sort of intramurals but we obviously been out on the track busting out intervals. So anyways, with a two week time frame, 3 or so workouts a week, what is best? I was thinking hill sprints, 200's at 26/27, some all out 100's with full recovery, and maybe some 300's at 41ish to get use to the lactic acid. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will be sure to post results and most likely a video.
