Guys I need your help. I'm 25 and an avid runner like all of you. I run around 70-80 mpw. Lately, I have realized my diminished sex drive. It's not as if I can't get it up. I can whenever I want to, but I have lost my desire to have sex. Couple of years ago, when I wasn't running a lot (maybe 30 mpw at most) I would be a sex maniac; jumping on my girlfriend pretty much everyday, sometimes a couple of times in a single day. But now, even though I have sex maybe 2-3 times a week, I don't feel the sexual desire (well, in the end I'm a man and still want to f**k her at least once a week, but nothing like the past when I would be jumping on her 2-3 times a day). My girlfriend has to initiate it everytime. And believe me guys, my girlfriend is smoking hot and I love her to death, so its not as if I have lost interest in her. Even, when I see a random hot girl walking by, I don't fantasize about her, like guys are known for.
Going back to the getting up issue. I don't have ED. But pretty much everytime, I'm not able to get it back up as quickly after just ejaculating like I used to. I remember it would take me less than 5 minutes, but now it takes around 30 minutes. And when I do get it back up for a second or third round, sometimes, not most of the time, my erection is definitely not as hard as it used to be in the past.
So, I'm thinking that my testosterone level has gone down the drain. So how do I get it back up WITHOUT compromising my running? I actually want to go higher in mileage. Is there a safe way? Is there a legal way that wouldn't ban me from competing at track where they drug test you? Is there probably some other problem than testosterone. I know that the problem is physiological and NOT psychological. I have no mental stress. I have a very nice job that I love, a hot girl I love and will marry someday, and a very satisfying social lifestyle. Guys help me out here!
