The fields are strong once again for Sunday's late-night meet. Maggie Vessey (800), Cory McGee (1,500), Shelby Houlihan (1,500), Evan Jager (1,500) Henrik Ingebrigtsen (1,500), Sally Kipyego (5k), Nicole Tully (5k), Garrett Heath (5k), Chris Derrick (5k), Buze Diriba (10k), Molly Seidel (10k) and Sam Chelanga (10k) are among the entrants with the 10k track debut of Bernard Lagat.

2016 Stanford Twilight Results

Georgetown's Joseph White ran 1:46.67 to beat Isaiah Harris while Cristian Soratos was 4th (1:49.66). On the women's side Maggie Vessey (2:02.18) took the 800 while Fresno State's Annemarie Schwanz (4:14.89) won the 1500. *Penn State's Brannon Kidder Gets Big 1500 Win At Stanford Twilight Kidder ran 3:40.11 to beat Joshua Thompson, Sean McGorty, David Elliott and Grant Fisher.

Results: 2015 American Track League - Atlanta

Andrew Wheating won the 1500 in 3:39.17 to beat David Torrence by .34-seconds. Canada's Nicole Sifuentes won the women's race in 4:06.44 as the Americans were way back and Maggie Vessey took the 800 in 2:00.30 over Melissa Bishop (2:00.43).
*Asafa Powell Wins 100 In 10.01, Narrowly Missing His 91st Sub-10
*Veronica Campbell-Brown Won The 100-200 Double ( 11.22 & 22.82) Other top sprint action included LaShawn Merritt in the 300 (31.53), Queen Harrison in the 100H (12.84), Steven Gardiner winning the 400 in 45.11 over a field that had Ashton Eaton, Jeremy Wariner, Deon Lendore and Mike Berry.

Recap: Manzano, Wheating, Loxsom Impress; Rowbury Struggles, Cain Really Struggles & The Jury Remains Out on Nick Symmonds

The final two sections of the men's 1500 and the men's and women's 5,000s were all cancelled due to a thunderstorm, which meant no races for Robby Andrews, Galen Rupp or Kara Goucher. Manzano won a slow 1500 in 3:38.96 over Wheating (3:39.56), while Rowbury (1500) and Symmonds (800) both had runners go down directly in front of them, messing up their races.

Nick Symmonds ran 1:48.64 beating a field that included Brooks Beast TC teammates Marck Wiezorek (3rd) and Cas Loxsom (4th) as Heather Kampf ran 2:04.28 to beat Phoebe Wright by .01 and Maggie Vessey was 5th. Sarah Vaugn won the mile in 4:35.07.
