In the 5000 Augustine Choge won in 13:06 as Lawi Lalang was 3rd (13:11) and Chris Derrick was 5th (13:14). Asafa Powell made his return to race with 10.15 for 2nd in the 100 behind US's Marvin Bracy (10.13).
