DC Kicked my ass this week. A heat wave and humidity had me die inside a little bit until I learned that 'inside' has a broken AC and I'd be without it for 3 days. Was going to have tempo work in the long run, but after getting pretty sick Saturday he told me to go easy Sunday. Hoping to get back into a workout long run. Friday went and did the 5000m in DC for Tracksmith and had fun.
Starting to clean up my diet, Was in a really good routine until after the first week of July when I lived off half a paycheck and it all went to rent. I can finally afford food now after getting paid lol.
