I’m currently a Freshmen with a 17:56 PR in XC. I was unable to run a track meet this year because of the virus. My goal is to run D1 in college, so what times should I shoot for in the XC 5k, 1600m, and 3200m as a Sophomore I want to run in college? I know colleges look at juniors times when recruiting, but I was wondering what goals I should set for Sophomore year and times I should shoot for.
