Agreed. How about this one?:

For some reason the only one that comes to mind this early for me is "FREEDOMMMM!!!!" If ya don't know what that's from then dang lol.
If you're old enough to remember seeing this for the first time in the theaters... you know it was an absolutely epic jaw-dropping holy s*** moment...

Some nice suggestions but unfortunately all of them are wrong because they aren't the correct answer, which is the end of Fast & Furious 7.
A scene which had grown men weeping into the laps of total strangers sitting next to them in theatres. R.I.P. Brother Paul.
Most powerful? It has to be Thanos snapping his fingers at the end of Infinity War... He wiped out half of all sentient life throughout the entire universe. That's some serious power right there.
My all time favorite movie
When Marisa Tomei explained the differences between a corvette and a camaro in My Cuz Vinnie
The final scene of the movie "The Killing Fields". Of course if you haven't seen the entire movie it won't make as much sense. On a side note, the two main characters Sydney Schanberg and Dith Pran have both passed away as has Dr. Haing S. Ngor who portrayed Pran in the film. Although not 100% accurate (which movie is?) it is very similar to the actual events that happened. Dr. Haing S. Ngor's own struggle of survival during that time period is also very remarkable.
The Shawshank Redemption and Schindlers List both have pretty powerful ending scenes. Especially Schindlers List since it is a true story.
Pretty much every scene in One Upon a Time in America.
I love the first scene and all the scenes with Deborah. At the restaurant, when he books the whole place for her, ah!
Just a short scene here, when Noodles watches her leave:

A movie that reminds me of my own biggest love--now of course we live separate lives with different people because life (love) is not easy.
The GOAT
Also someone posted a great Mohicans clip earlier. I also love this. The music is unbelievable.
