If she's running 5 miles 4-5 times a week, she's should get faster than 11' pretty quickly.
In the meantime, on the one hand none of those runs are ideal in and of themselves ... but on the other hand you're doing them, and there's a lot of value in the imperfect plan you actually do vs the perfect plan that you don't.
