No check for you. Hopefully you don’t owe anything to the IRS for 2018. If so, file and your stimulus check will cover that. If you don’t owe, you’ll be ok. You’ll get a check either way, file ASAP. 2019 taxes aren’t due until 7/2020.

Been on a sabbatical so I didn't file last year. Just filed 2019 last night. It didn't take that much work, at least for me. Get to it.

They gave option of 2019 in case you hadn't filed 2018. They could have just said 2018 or bust.
