Your immune system will be low because of all the stress you are under. If you venture out taxing your body, not only will you probably not do well, but you will drive your immune system down leaving you susceptible to this virus and other problems. If your world is crumbling before your eyes, go for a short jog or maybe a light fartlek session, but seriously nothing structured until your life gets back in order, besides there are no real races for a long time, even when things open up soon there still probably will be no races because that is probably one of the last things that will be allowed, along with other sporting events. As business is open up next month and things get back to normal there probably still won't be races for a very long time. So what's the point?
