is this a good book?
1st half quite slow, talks alot about politics and ethiopian society, second half decent and gives a good insight into haile, but i always had the feeling the author was looking in on gebreselassie's world, instead of a more personal book. For example, it seems he only meets haile on a couple of occasions, and it has fewer quotes and opinions than i expected from the great man. Good but not great.
I thought it was pretty good. I would suggest it. Its a bit funny as it was written right about the time KB was starting to break all Geb's records so it ends up with quite a bit of focus on Bekele.
