Now, I agree that there could be a perfectly safe system put into place that prioritises important things like exercise but it's exactly because of idiots like you ( and believe it or not - there are even bigger idiots out there than you two!) that this doesn't work.
Don't call other people dumb, spaniard, you should focus on your country that let ederly people die alone in their nursery home and people laying on your hospital ground. You are a third world country at the moment.
It's not a secret why your country is hit as hard as it is. You have absolutely no clue about the virus. You don't know how it is circulating.
Jogging is absolutely not a vector of transmission. You would have to literally spit on people face to give them the virus.

Do you even know how ou can get the virus? It's not in the air. The virus is transmitted by liquid of the body. You have to touch your face to have it on your hand and then to touch someone else or touch an object and give it to them.
There are absolutely no risk jogging.
How often are you spitting on people's face or touching them with your hand while you run , you long haired dork? Wash your hairs instead of spreading non sense.

My city explicitly allows running for exercise in their stay at home order, and I haven't come within 20 feet of another person at any point during any run over the past week. There's really no reason to forbid exercise. You can easily go for a run without risking transmission even in densely populated areas where everyone is allowed to run.
To say that Spain is peaking in terms of virus deaths is not positive - after the state they got themselves in? I don't mean positive in the general sense - spain has too many flaws but lets not start to look too closely at other countries because none are safe from criticism - not least the might U.S of A...
"I have seen footage of people laying on the ground of hospitals, because they had not enough beds or rooms."
this is what happens when idiots like the posters on this site don't take it seriously and the health system is overwhelmed. If by some miracle the same thing doesn't happen in the U.S, you have Spain and Italy to thank (although it seems like you're still falling into the same trap).
"I have read that old people were abandonned in their nursery home by the employees and were dying alone."
I admit this in not good. although it has been sensationalised somewhat and maybe you should read the real facts behind it. Imagine how many dead old people there are in nursing homes around the world right now. They may not be found until the morning. It happened during a time of crisis and has become clickbait.
"Running alone carry zero risks of spreading the disease. Your country deserve what it is getting for enforcing such totalitarian measures and for letting old people dying alone. These cops should go out and take care of the elderly." if you want to take care of the elderly the only way to do in the current state there is to have a lockdown. that means no partying, no gatherings, no running if need be for two weeks. And there is a risk. If someone is infected, they have to use the elevator, open a doorknob to exit and enter a building, which is used by other people . if they are out running they are sweating, probably touching their face more. There is a reason why trips and visits have been limited to only essential outings like shopping for food or essential workers.
"Spain is a coward country and you are on course for topping Italy. 700 deaths per day and you call that a positive sign ?" It's not what a see. The daily deaths have gone down from the day before. so yes positive considering the situation Spain is in as it's a clear sign that Spain might have peaked (Italy had over 800 in one day btw). Don't try and spin a perfectly valid use of the word positive through whatever bitterness you have.
"I laugh at your stupidity because you think that harassing joggers will do any good for your shithole country? Clueless spaniard." What ever gets you your giggles. It won't help spain with all its faults (too many) but it is helping enforce the very thing that attacking the country right now and served to show that the country is generally aligned and united when it needs to be - save for a few idiots that have to be arrested and dragged into a car every now and again after several warnings. She has been panned by the media, by the whole country and most importantly by her very neighbours that saw it first hand and she deserves to be arrested and fined. It's a pathetic attitude to think you are above everyone else.
I don't see any positivy in Spain situation. You have 650+ killed each day , it's actually more than Italia since you have 15 millions less inhabitant than them, your situation is comparatiively worse.
Your healthcare system got overwhelmed, why? You were busy doing big demonstrations in the street in a middle of epidemy. That's why your numbers are so bad, not because of joggers who DONT spread the virus.
Healthcare employees who live their nursery home and desert, it make headlines and righthfully so. Letting old people die alone in their nursery home is just disgusting. Send all your cops there, but they will desert too. These franquist are probably too scared to approach these areas and will choose to exert their facists traditions on innocent joggers who are obvsioulsy not sick and don't spread the virus.
Your country has been clueless in dealing with the epidemy, your healthcare system is trash, your governement is impotant and yet your are blaming all of your failures on jogger who go out for a run.
That's why you deserve what happen to your country. Stupidity can only make things worse.

Spain is showing positive signs of reaching the peak of the curve after a semi-strict lock-down. If we all behaved as selfishly as this idiot, the country would be in Caos.
This runner is the exact type person that would be the first in the queue at the hospital when they aren't even critical - me, me, me.
Yes she's selfish to the point that needs corrective treatment. The best solution would be to send her to China as part of labor force to build hospitals in exxh

I know but that's just in case they ask Strava to disclose the data. One step ahead.

The government has access to that data anyway, no matter how you mark it. Their is a war against runners upcoming.
Spain, and Europe in general, have deep fascist roots. Generalissimo Franco is just a crisis away.

The scapegoating is crazy. Their society and institutions have failed on so many levels to let this virus get so out of hand, but apparently the buck stops with...some rando going for a jog while interacting with absolutely no one?
arrests for running are coming to a neighborhood near you.
of course there is less than zero risk, for if running caused a plague,
then well, there is no stopping it is there?
however, you will put up with anything won't you?
ya, you will.
you'll let them starve you out, take your cash, and you'll sit there being correct, and not hurt anyone's feelings by making a fuss.
you are the problem

Is there any actual evidence to suggest that running outside by yourself creates a risk of spreading COVID-19? I don't really see how this restriction makes anyone safer. I'm farther from other people when I'm out for my daily run than I am when I'm at home.
I'd be interested in hearing the cops explain the scientific evidence supporting their policies and decisions.
No...there isn't. This is just a power & control move by world governments.
Power is intoxicating.
Power corrupts.
I am at US cit. in Belgrade, Serbia, finally in decent shape-- had a great 20 miler two weeks ago, longest run in 10 years- - and now we are in lockdown. The parks are shut, 5pm to 5am nationwide curfew, etc. Yes, this means no running outdoors.
People are really united here and the local running clubs are posting indoor workouts to do every day. They are urging folks not to cheat the rules and have some damn solidarity with the "old folks" here, who are absolutely forbidden to leave their home -- everyone over age 65! It's heartwarming to see a little shared sacrifice...
