No.
You see... I live in UTAH, which is part of the USA not Spain. I have no reason to fear being arrested for going on a run while on lockdown because I am not on lockdown.

Wow calm down dude. There might be people from Spain or Italy on this site. It doesn't all revolve around you in UTAH.
How do we know this guy is just a "jogger" and isn't a looter running away with a jewelry store heist?
Is it just because a dasm headline says it's so?
Come on LetsRun. Lets get it together and ask some serious questions!!
Being arrested for while running in most of the USA isn’t a concern because cops are too fat and slow.
The concern is being shot and killed because cops are too fat and slow, and they enjoy the challenge of emptying a clip at a fleeing suspect.
I admit I have stopped using STRAVA, don't want a snitch or a strava betrayal by the company.
As the jogger struggled with police, screaming for help, she was filmed by residents close to the scene who had absolutely zero sympathy for her plight. "What's not fair is that you go out running, you bloody *!", shouts the woman apparently filming the encounter.
The runner struggling with the police to avoid being arrested continues screaming "Help! Help". To which the commentator can be heard saying: "Help?! she says. A week of this already!" indicating the person being arrested has been going out running regularly despite the strict rules on moving around in the coronavirus outbreak.
When the police finally pick the runner up and begin moving her to the police car the person providing the commentary shouts the detainee: "Don't resist! Let them do their job, you fool! What a *, truly".
At this point a man joins in shouting at the runner: "You smart-*! You're a smart-*!"
Runner refuses to accept arrest
"And we've been stuck here in all these days", says the first commentator. "It makes me feel ill and what's more, she's screaming as if they were going to rape her or something. The cretin."
The jogger can be heard moaning at this point, but still refusing to get in the police car. There was absolutely no sympathy coming from the people on the balcony. "Look! An hour to get her in the car! If I come down there she'll bloody well end up in the car. *! Get in the car, you twat!"
"You're putting everyone at risk, you clown" shouts the man as the runner is finally forced into the car.

If only we had someone, some experienced individual, closely affiliated with this very site who could investigate whether this was indeed a genuine running effort which had been undertaken...
I hope these morons die from the coronavirus, these little snitches are worthless lives. I would burn their cars at minimum.
Anyway, he should not have let them caught him. A real runner/jogger would have outrun these cops and disappear.

When a law is stupid and cause more harm than good, then it becomes a duty to break it.
Civil disobedience.
Two male cops targeting a lone woman. What a bunch of coward. I am not surprised this happenned in Spain.

I’m actually very surprised this happened there, I didn’t think the Spanish could sink down to that level, even during this crisis. But seriously, those cops are the biggest pussies for abusing that woman like that. Luckily Germany (where I live) is not yet at the point of a strict lockdown, but I will continue training everyday no matter what, even if I have to go out late. I understand the point of social distancing, etc, but the restrictions our neighbours are experiencing are getting ridiculous.
So those police are in mandatory 14 day quarantine now right?

You little puddy, you need to grow a pair!
I would have knocked those pigs out with my nut sacks then created a new segment on Strava for that route and named it 'where I knocked those pigs out with my nut sacks'. Then I'd get in their cop car and drive the 1km segment with my gps watch running and I'd be at the top of the leaderboard with a time of 45 seconds. I'd title the activity - 'Morning quaratine breaking run after smashing a pair of pigs with my nut sacks'.
Grow a pair and you might be able to leave your mommy's basement in 20 years to see if the air is clear for little puddies like you to run in.

Nice bait.
I am way too intelligent to be caught. Fast and stealth is the way to go.

It's 2020. Men and women are treated exactly the same under the law. If you don't like it take it up with feminism.
