Schools closed here , open in the north, impossible to close.the border
Business as usual in england. Dentistry offices are deserted.
Boris will be directly responsible for the deaths of thousands of his citizens. Britain is a fading nation and he won't be held accountable.
Predictions of hundreds of thousands of deaths in Britain in the next year.
Did I see something somewhere about the UK "forcing" 70+ people to stay quarantined?

Their approach is common sense. If the disease is going to kill everyone, it will kill everyone regardless of precautions taken because there are too many vectors for transmission. The Brits realize this. It will kill some and many will become immune over time.
The Spanish Flu did not end because of quarantines or any of that crap. Cases were just super high and then suddenly they just dropped. Mother Nature is a bigger factor in the overall progression of a virus. Also, hygiene and nutrition improved. Many of the symptoms were worsened by malnutrition by today's standards.
Brits are tough. They experienced the Blitzkrieg. They're resilient.

Right, Brits are tougher than the rest of humanity. Therefore this virus can't hurt them.
UFC in London won't be in London anymore.

Nobody seems to acquire immunity with this, you can be re-infected with days, second infection far more dangerous than first. In fact, it can be questioned whether it ever gets cured to begin with, and not merely go into remission, hiding in cells, like HIV.

I see the spreader of total BS fake news nonsense is back.
You only have one life to live anyway. If it's going to kill you you might as well go out with a fighting spirit, aka, enjoying life and living it to the fullest.
Why become part of the walking dead when we're going to die anyway.

In the month and a half since the Wuhan coronavirus emerged as a new disease, it has killed 41 people so far. During that same time period, the common flu has killed almost 80,000. We must take all new diseases seriously and be vigilant while keeping everything in perspective too
On the streets of Florence, Italy, a Wuhan student studying abroad stood with his eyes closed, and the card next to him said: "I'm not a virus, I'm human! Don't discriminate against us!" See how people respond !

In the time it took almost 500 people to die from the coronavirus since it first emerged, more than 1.1 million died from tobacco and more than 107,000 died from the flu. But 330 people did die from lightning strikes so the coronavirus is definitely more dangerous than lightning.

If people and governments weren’t taking the new coronavirus seriously, then that would be a problem. But they certainly are taking it seriously. What we have now is a ton of racist fearmongering and white supremacists forming bully mobs on social media to attack Asian people.

Hate crimes can also blow up into a pandemic. It’s called genocide, which has claimed hundreds of millions of human lives. Treating Asian people as dirty infestors like rats or cockroaches may claim far more lives than the coronavirus if left unchecked.
