A beauty regiment? Does the Army have that?

Quigley is a swimmer. Lionel Sanders thought duathlon might be his best race. Battle of the sexes challenge?
Talbot I love your videos! I would love to see some of the other bowerman women featured in more videos like this!
Enjoyed this video. I’m with the poster on breaking down races/workouts. Tuliamiuk (sp) has been entertaining as hell in discussing her mindset during the Trials. It’s great to hear about the mental side of running and all the little things that runners go through.
Do a video of one of the Bowermen MEN!
Great stuff as always, but I didn't like the music choices.
Well shot, great job!

I don't know if many of the people on LetsRun here have a lot of interest in this stuff but this was a fun/different video idea we did on Gwen's Youtube Channel. If you guys like it let me know maybe we can highlight some of the other athletes for a changeup.
https://youtu.be/M63V6tTw40sIs it just me or is it weird to have beauty regiment before you race.
You must really be an American to consider shaving your legs and putting some make up on a "beauty regiment" lmfaoo.
That's basic necessity. And it's not misogynist, as a man I also always do my hairs, trim my beard, and sometimes even my eyebrows before going public.

Woman or "man"?
Talbot, if you read one post from this entire thread, please read this one. This person gets it. We never see that "in race" commentary from the athlete perspective, yet we can all relate to it, in some form or another (even if at much slower paces). If you're targeting "true fans" of the sport, this would be absolute gold.

hey talbot, love your stuff. this was a good video for a change of pace.
i'd like to see more and better race breakdowns from the athletes. if could be pretty interesting if you can show a replay from a high vantage point, get around any rights issues, and get gwen or another athlete to talk about what they were thinking during the race. it is hard to get track athletes to actually talk though. a 15 minute compliment fest of the other athletes is boring (and fake).
+1

There are some great narrated bike racing videos by elite riders:
