I'd say any in higher risk of death groups for flu and corona virus should practice social distancing as well as family members who come in contact with them. I agree there is insufficient medical facilities but would say that even with sufficient medical facilities for the current number of patients needing ICU care the biggest concern is that ICU care is not enough to save some. The 32 year old doctor in China died. I have not heard if he had an underlying health issue or if his death was due to high viral load from his exposure to patients. I wonder what percentage of those needing ICU care for the symptoms of the virus actually survive.
