That and IT'S MARCH 2020 AND ALL SHOE COMPANIES HAVE ALREADY COMMITTED THEIR FULL BUDGET THROUGH THE END OF THE YEAR. If nobody had a good enough offer after Chicago then they aren't going to magically come up with it now without cancelling existing deals.
