How much attention do you pay to what shoes you are wearing outside of your runs from the standpoint of injury prevention and maximizing performance.
I’ve been wearing mostly vans when I have to and trying to go barefoot as much as possible...
I used to wear a lot of flip flops, but recently I noticed that it changes my walk a lot and I was worried it’s not good.
Might try birkenstocks... am also considering buying a pair of shoes that provide more cushion than the vans and still fit my style.
