Men just now stringing out, 14 left but pace has accelerated.
Kosgei and Ababel chatting and sharing water while on WR pace.

This should be a normal picture for you as someone supposed to follow the sport, it's no wonder there are a lot of vaporflys as nike sponsors probably 90+% of elite africans. Still last year's winner in 58:42 was a adidas guy in standard flats btw
Nice to see Kosgei and the Ethiopian share a water at the front. They both look real composed. Munyao and Washbun lead the men's race as gaps continue to grow. 18 min. to go
15 k @ 42:04
Munyao
Munyao goes early. 42:00 at 15K An early bid for the win. About 59 flat pace now.
The leader, Alexander Munyao, was a 60:11 guy a little over a month ago. Then he runs 59:09 in Spain on January 19 and now looks set for a sub-59 today.
Kosgei looks like she's hurting. Can't remember her grimacing that badly in Chicago.
45:38 for Brigid at 15 k
Kosgei & Arabel still side by side at 15K - 45:38! Still ahead of WR pace.

Your joking right? 90%. Not even close. At least 3 of the top 10 at Worlds in the10k for men were adidas. IT's a high percentage but no 90%.
1:03:4x pace for the lead women?!
Kosgei with rare company late in a race but Ababel looks as spent as Brigid. Peleton catching Munyao!
Munyao caught...Kanie in the lead...but he doesn't look comfortable.
Ababel in the womens lead!
Brigid Kosgei getting dropped!
Time for kosgei to move to Nike and get some alphaflies
Kandie goes right by Munyao with Washun trailing. Kosgei trailing! At 17K, pacer is trying to get her to come back. She's down by about 5 seconds.
Almost hilarious that Ababel split nearly a 20 second PB through 10k.
So Yeshaneh Ababel was the runnerup in Chicago to Kosgei but like nearly 7 minutes back.
NOw she's going to turn the tables on her and get the WR? Wow.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
