So last week l became real sick, to the point l could barely move. I tried to jog a mile, but l was crawling, basically pittle jogging, but I could go no faster. I just did this because l needed some fresh air and l thought running a mile might help. This started last Friday, and it's only been a few days, but l could barely eat, and just sat layed in bed all day. If there was a bright side to this, l have been having a injury, and after thoes days of just running a mile, it seems a lot better. So l feel better today, but not normal, so l might run another mile tonight, and see if l can actually do it at my normal easy run pace, then if it's a go; l will do 20-30 minutes Wednesday, and 45 Thursday, and so on from there, with a workout Saturday. Will l lose any fitness? And is this a good plan?
