I would advise beginners not to take long distances and not to run at a high pace. DO NOT look at friends who run for a long time. Also an important fact is the selection of the right shoes. It is best to go to a test center where you will find the most suitable option for running under your foot.
Do warm-up before jogging. Do not run on asphalt.
