Comments:
GT: Nice bounceback Thursday, solid long run Saturday, strong weekly total. Looking very fit.
DB: Way to go busting out of the rough patch with that race.
fnd: Solid week and sounds like a solid plan. Good to be healthy again!
Stone: Sometimes you need to keep hitting the rock, and sometimes you need to stop digging the hole. I’m betting you made a wise decision. Looks like a strong week for Mrs. Stone.
RRR: Hope you’re having a good first week back to running.
OR: Looks like you’re getting your legs back! Smart to take the extra day of rest.
HHW: Looking super fit. With the race coming up soon now, I would definitely make achilles care a priority.
Lanc: Sorry to hear about the rough patch. Hope you and the kids are feeling better. The running will bounce back soon.
Sam: Solid first week back.
JQ: Awesome weekend of racing, and congrats on the W! Was that your first victory on the roads?
Thoughts: Nice solid race. Respect on sporting the Boston gear in NYC.
darkwave: Looking strong. I tend to think that the short marathon build off a strong base is a smart approach.
pewow: Nice mix of work, and good sign with that Saturday workout.
Coyote: Good to hear the progress. Sounds like things are coming along well.
Sub 6: Solid post-race week. Hope the foot is feeling better and the cold is kept at bay. I don’t know much about the details of Fukuoka, but it’s got great history. And while I haven't run it myself, I agree with AJ that Twin Cities might be one to consider.
Viking: Another solid week, and looking strong with that tempo.
Tyler: Great week. That team competition sounds awesome. Hadn’t noticed this before, but do you primarily do singles as a rule?
hoggy jobber: Nice to get some fun variety in there.
AJ: Wow those weekend miles. Noticed a few days of 20+ in doubles over the last several weeks. Is that something new that you’re working in?
NiceGuy: Very solid week. Keep at it.
cocoon: Nice work in that 10k after a substantial week.
HHH: Very strong week coming off the cold. Really like the approach with the two longer runs. And of course, the Letsrun classic 5 x 18(00)…
Still Improving: Good work avoiding trouble with the knee.
Powsloke: Strong running in what sounds like a very competitive race.
stat: Speedy week. Like the design of that Monday workout.
mdubs: Solid work with those mile repeats.
jewbacca: Sounds like a good reason not to vacuum.
Bruin: Smart adjustment with the hip, and still a very solid week. Getting some running in on the dirt should be a good complement to the treadmill work.
