Last Thursday l did my normal session ok 5x1ks, but on the last rep l could feel a small amount of calf pain, but only about 20 percent, nothing to much. I did a light hill workout last Saturday and yesterday l did 12x200 in 33-36 avg 35, with a minute recovery, but l could feel a little tightness last night. I would put the pain level at about 35 percent. Now the question is if l do the 1ks, will l be limping after the session? It didn't bother me at all today on my easy 8 miles, but when l got up this morning it was a little sore, and later in the day it was at a 20 percent level. Should l postpone the workout (5x1k) one more day, or do 12x1/4 s instead or just run easy? I have had 5 sold weeks of running, and l don't want to lose that fitness.
