Hello guys, this is my first question on this website and I would appreciate your help.
I have been running in an informal way for the last 8 months, when I say i do it in an informal way, I mean I do not have a plan, besides I practice few weeks during the week. However, I have seen benefits in my body and mood.
The thing is that when I run for more than 5 m I feel pain in my calf and sole, as soon as I stop the pain disappears, I tried to warm up for at least 5 m or 6 m before running. I also want to add that when I sprint (100 m) I do not feel this pain. Do you have any advice for me?
