Why?
Did you actually run 450 miles on a treadmill in a 62 day time period?
(That's about 7.25 mi./day on a treadmill.)
Why? Was this some sort of personal punishment or self imposed torture strategy?
Did you run outside of running on a treadmill at all during that time period?
What does it feel like to run outside of a treadmill now?
Are you slower than you were before this 62 day time period?
Only 450 miles?
When I ran for 2 month straight, I did at least 40 miles a day.
If you can run two hours straight on a treadmill you can finish a marathon.

Is your treadmill properly calibrated?
What if that number is inflated by 10%. ?♂️

I don't run outside when the temps get below 50.
I did not run outside during the 62 days.
I went to florida and ran 3 times outside. A 6 mile trail run. A 16 mile trail race. A 7 mile run on a bike trail
I am in much better shape than I was before the y2 days on the treadmill.

I have done a 32 mile run on the treadmill. Were all your 40 mile days on the treadmill?

I run on various treadmills and can tell when there are small differences in calibration. I do a fair amount of incline during my runs and never get to go downhill so if I ran at 0% incline every run, I would have even more miles.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
