About the 15th of November i started feeling weird pain in the fibula area. I kept running for about a week and then I consulted physiotherapist. He told me that the pain occurred because of incorrect. of my foot. He told me that I can still run. The pain continued and I kept running and visiting different physiotherapist. Everyone was telling me that the pain comes from the muscle and myofascia not from the bone. So not until the begging of this year that I had and usg and mri and it turned out that I have a stress fracture in my fibula. I haven’t been wearing a boot, because I can walk without pain. I haven’t been running since then (2,5 weeks). The doctor said I can start running at the begging of February. And here I have a question? Can I bike or do elliptical workouts? I’ve tried pool running and I can feel slight pain after it,but not during the session. I also tried the elliptical once and it didn’t hurt me at all. I’ve been doing a lot of upper body excersises and I would like to do something more cardio like to keep my fitness.
